CREDIT FIX JOE™
TERMS & CONDITIONS AND SERVICE TERMS


1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing www.creditfixjoe.com
(the “Website”) or enrolling in services provided by Credit Fix JOE™, LLC (“Credit Fix JOE™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you enter into a separate signed Credit Fix JOE™ Service Agreement, that agreement shall control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Services Overview

Credit Fix JOE™ provides credit consultation, education, dispute strategy, and administrative support services intended to assist clients in addressing inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable information on their credit reports.

We do not guarantee:
• credit score increases
• removal of accurate, current, or verifiable information
• approval for loans or credit
• specific timelines or outcomes

All results vary based on individual credit profiles and third-party responses.

3. Services Availability

Credit Fix JOE™ is currently licensed to operate in the State of Washington and may expand into additional jurisdictions, including Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. Availability is subject to change.

4. Service Plan & Pricing

Credit Fix JOE™ offers one service plan:

THE ELITE RESOLUTION PLAN™

• Enrollment Fee: $199.99
• Monthly Fee: $199.99 billed every 30 days

This is a month-to-month service with no long-term contract.

5. Payment Authorization & Recurring Billing

By enrolling, you authorize Credit Fix JOE™ to charge your payment method for recurring payments every 30 days until canceled.

You may cancel at any time by submitting a written request to:

prior to your next billing date.

No partial refunds are issued for billing periods already in progress.

6. Trust Account & Earned Fees

All client payments are deposited into a designated trust account.

Initial services performed by Credit Fix JOE™ may include:

• credit report review and analysis
• file creation (digital and/or physical)
• document preparation (including identification and authorization materials)
• dispute strategy development
• coordination and submission to third-party service providers

Upon completion of these initial services, funds are considered earned and may be transferred to the company’s operating account.

7. Service Initiation & Payment Conditions

Services are performed in stages.

Submission of disputes and full service execution occur only after successful payment processing.

If payment is declined:
• services will not proceed
• disputes will not be submitted
• the account may be paused until payment is resolved

8. Credit Monitoring Requirement

Active credit monitoring is required for service effectiveness.

Monitoring is provided through a third-party provider (such as Credit Hero Score) and billed separately (approximately $19.99/month).

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information
• upload identification and required documentation
• maintain active credit monitoring
• respond promptly to communications
• follow guidance regarding credit usage

Failure to comply may impact results.

10. Communication & SMS Consent

By enrolling, you consent to receive communications from Credit Fix JOE™, including:

• email
• phone calls
• SMS / text messages

Messages may be sent from:

• 509-303-4433
• 509-342-5060

These communications may include:
• account updates
• reminders
• billing notifications
• service-related information

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

Message and data rates may apply.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within three (3) business days following enrollment.

Requests must be submitted in writing to:
info@creditfixjoe.com

No refunds are issued after services have been performed or billing cycles have begun.

12. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If after 100 days:

• no inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable items have been improved, AND
• the client has complied with all program requirements

The client may request a refund of fees paid to Credit Fix JOE™.

Exclusions include:
• third-party fees
• accounts not in good standing
• failure to follow program requirements

Requests must be submitted within 10 days after the 100-day period.

13. No Guarantee of Results

Credit Fix JOE™ does not guarantee:
• score increases
• item removals
• credit approvals
• specific timelines

All outcomes vary.

14. Authorization for Services

You authorize Credit Fix JOE™ to:

• prepare and submit disputes
• communicate with credit bureaus and furnishers
• request credit information
• perform actions necessary to assist your credit profile

15. Limited Power of Attorney

You grant Credit Fix JOE™ limited authority to act on your behalf for credit-related matters, including:

• disputing credit report information
• communicating with creditors and agencies
• submitting documentation
• initiating opt-outs where applicable

This authorization remains in effect until revoked in writing.

16. Delegation of Services

Credit Fix JOE™ may utilize third-party providers, contractors, and outsourcing teams to assist in performing services.

We retain responsibility for oversight and compliance.

17. Denefits Financing

If financing is used:

• terms are governed by your agreement with Denefits
• Credit Fix JOE™ is not responsible for Denefits terms, disputes, or fees
• you must contact Denefits directly for any issues

18. Grandfathered Clients

Clients enrolled under previous plans may continue under their existing pricing at our discretion, provided the account remains active and in good standing.

We reserve the right to transition legacy plans to updated structures with reasonable notice.

19. Third-Party Services

Credit Fix JOE™ may recommend third-party services but does not control or guarantee their performance.

20. Website Use

You agree to use this Website for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

21. Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by Credit Fix JOE™ and may not be used without permission.

22. No Legal or Financial Advice

Services are educational and administrative in nature and do not constitute legal or financial advice.

23. Limitation of Liability

Credit Fix JOE™ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

24. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Credit Fix JOE™ harmless from claims arising from your use of services.

25. Force Majeure

Credit Fix JOE™ is not responsible for delays caused by:

• system outages
• credit bureau delays
• mail delivery delays
• third-party service disruptions
• events beyond our control

 

26. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for:

• non-payment
• violation of Terms
• misuse of services

You may cancel at any time per the cancellation policy.

27. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive all agreements, disclosures, and communications electronically.

28. Compliance with CROA

You acknowledge:

• you have the right to attempt to repair your credit yourself
• you may obtain free credit reports annually
• only inaccurate or unverifiable information may be disputed
• you may cancel within 3 business days without penalty
• you may pursue legal remedies for violations

29. Washington State Disclosure

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WASHINGTON RESIDENTS:

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureaus directly.

You may obtain a free copy of your credit report once every twelve (12) months.

You have the right to cancel your contract within five (5) working days from the date you sign it.

30. Notice of Cancellation

You may cancel this contract without penalty within five (5) working days of signing.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

32. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
