Credit bureaus and creditors are third parties not affiliated with Credit Fix JOE™, and their timelines or decisions cannot be controlled or predicted.

We do not make false or misleading claims regarding the removal of accurate, current, and verifiable information. We work only to dispute inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or incomplete information in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

36. Legal Disclosures Required by CROA
