Services may not be accessible in all jurisdictions. Credit Fix JOE™ services are currently available only in Washington State, United States. Availability may change without notice.

No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI JOE™ responses may not reflect current laws, regulations, or credit reporting policies and may be incomplete, generalized, or outdated.
User Responsibility & Verification
You are solely responsible for verifying all information obtained through AI JOE™ and for consulting qualified professionals as needed. Credit Fix JOE™ is not responsible for actions taken based on AI JOE™ responses.
No Client Relationship Established
Use of AI JOE™ does not create a client relationship, contractual relationship, or fiduciary relationship.
Data Privacy & Security
AI JOE™ does not intentionally collect, store, or process personal or financial information. Do not share sensitive data such as Social Security numbers, account numbers, credit card details, or login credentials.
Limitation of Liability
Credit Fix JOE™ is not liable for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations resulting from AI JOE™ use.

3. Agreement and Modifications
Your access to and use of this Website are governed by these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms apply to Website use and do not modify any other agreement you may have with Credit Fix JOE™, including a signed Credit Fix JOE™ Service Agreement.

8. Uploaded Content
Content uploaded into any personal space, portal, or submission area is your property. By uploading, you represent that you own the content or have the right to use it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
9. Submissions
Materials provided to Credit Fix JOE™ (including questions, comments, suggestions, or creative content) are not confidential and grant Credit Fix JOE™ a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such materials for lawful business purposes, without compensation.
10. Services Description
Credit Fix JOE™ attempts to describe its services accurately; however, descriptions may not be current or error-free. If service descriptions conflict with a signed Credit Fix JOE™ Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
11. Credit Restoration Services
Use and/or purchase of Credit Fix JOE™ credit restoration services are governed by the Credit Fix JOE™ Service Agreement. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.
12. Financial Decisions Responsibility
We may share information with third-party service providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Third-party providers are not endorsed by Credit Fix JOE™. You are responsible for validating providers and seeking advice from qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
13. Inappropriate Content
Credit Fix JOE™ may remove text or images deemed inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, or in violation of third-party rights. Violations may result in account termination.
14. Claims of Copyright Infringement; Designated Agent
If you believe content on this Website infringes copyright, contact us at info@creditfixjoe.com with sufficient detail to investigate.
15. Online Conduct & Repeat Infringer Policy

Credit Fix JOE™ may terminate Website access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Clients may request membership cancellation by calling 509-342-7775 or emailing info@creditfixjoe.com.
26. Miscellaneous
These Terms may change without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue Website features for non-compliance. Notices may be provided electronically or in writing. Third-party suppliers may enforce applicable provisions where permitted by law.

Credit Fix JOE™ offers three month-to-month membership plans. All plans include one-on-one support, personalized dispute strategies, monthly audits, and access to the client portal.
All plans require active credit monitoring through CreditHeroScore.com as an essential part of the dispute process.
Taxes may apply. Third-party fees are separate. No hidden fees.

ADVANCED PLAN

Total Month 1: $219.98 + tax
Month 2 and Beyond: $199.99/month + tax
(Recommended for moderate to serious derogatory items or more complex files.)
CONCIERGE PLAN
• One-Time Setup Fee: $299.99 (billed after onboarding)
• Monthly Membership: $299.99/month
• Credit Monitoring: $19.99/month via CreditHeroScore.com (required)
Total Month 1: $319.98 + tax
Month 2 and Beyond: $299.99/month + tax
(Designed for high-touch support, complex files, and time-sensitive goals.)
Notes:
• All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
• Cancellation may be requested at any time by emailing info@creditfixjoe.com.
• All services are subject to the Credit Fix JOE™ Service Agreement and the 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee described below.
28. Opt-Out Option
Credit Fix JOE™ does not make unsolicited marketing calls. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting info@creditfixjoe.com or by using opt-out instructions provided in communications.
29. Force Majeure
Credit Fix JOE™ is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, acts of war, labor disruptions, system outages, carrier delays, or government actions.

32. Termination of Agreement
You may terminate your use of services by contacting Credit Fix JOE™. Credit Fix JOE™ may terminate or suspend service access as allowed by the Service Agreement and applicable law.
33. Financing with Denefits
Credit Fix JOE™ may offer financing options through Denefits. If you choose Denefits:
• Financing terms are governed solely by your agreement with Denefits.
• You are responsible for reviewing and understanding Denefits terms.
• Credit Fix JOE™ is not responsible for Denefits disputes, fees, interest, or payment terms.
• Information may be shared with Denefits to facilitate financing consistent with privacy disclosures.
• For Denefits issues, contact Denefits directly.
34. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Credit Fix JOE™ offers a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If after 100 days of active participation in your selected plan:
• You have not seen any inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, or incomplete items removed, updated, or improved, and
• You have fulfilled responsibilities including maintaining active monitoring, uploading needed documentation, and responding promptly to communications,
then you may request a refund of setup fees and monthly fees paid to Credit Fix JOE™.
Exclusions: Third-party fees (including CreditHeroScore.com and Denefits) are excluded.
To qualify:
• Submit the refund request in writing to info@creditfixjoe.com within 10 days after day 100.
• Your account must be in good standing with no missed payments or material breach.
This guarantee does not apply if fraud is detected, monitoring was not maintained, documentation was not provided, or required communications were ignored.
35. No Credit Score Guarantee
Credit Fix JOE™ does not guarantee specific score increases or outcomes. Results vary. We do not claim to remove accurate, current, and verifiable information. We work to dispute inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unverifiable information consistent with the FCRA.
36. Legal Disclosures Required by CROA
As required by CROA:
• You have the right to attempt to repair your credit yourself without paying for assistance.
• You have the right to receive free annual reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion at www.annualcreditreport.com.
• You are entitled to a copy of your signed Credit Fix JOE™ Service Agreement before services are rendered.
• Credit Fix JOE™ does not collect payment for credit repair services until services have been performed, as required by applicable law.
37. TSR Compliance (Telemarketing Sales Rule)
Credit Fix JOE™ complies with the Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310). We do not initiate outbound telephone sales calls to unverified consumers. Services and credit-related discussions occur only after the consumer signs required agreements and provides consent where applicable. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
38. Non-Affiliation Statement
Credit Fix JOE™ is not affiliated with credit bureaus, any lending institution, any credit card issuer, or the United States government. References are for identification and descriptive purposes only.
39. Authorized User Tradeline Disclosure
Credit Fix JOE™ may provide referral links to third-party companies offering authorized user tradelines. Credit Fix JOE™ does not sell, broker, or control tradeline inventory. Results are not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for truthful disclosures and lawful use. Some lenders may view undisclosed tradelines negatively. Use should follow legal and ethical practices.
40. Grandfathered Pricing Policy
Clients enrolled prior to a pricing update may be eligible for grandfathered pricing at Credit Fix JOE™’s discretion, provided the account remains active, uninterrupted, and in good standing.
If a grandfathered account is canceled, paused, downgraded, charged back, or otherwise terminated for any reason, any future re-enrollment or reinstatement will be subject to the current pricing in effect at that time.
Credit Fix JOE™ reserves the right to modify or discontinue grandfathered pricing with reasonable notice where permitted by law.
41. Delegation of Services and Use of Third-Party Providers
Client acknowledges and agrees that Credit Fix JOE™, may engage third-party service providers, contractors, software platforms, mailing services, credit reporting specialists, and legal partners to assist in performing authorized credit repair and related services on Client’s behalf. Credit Fix JOE™ retains full responsibility for service oversight, dispute strategy, and compliance with applicable law. Client information may be shared with such third parties solely as necessary to perform services, maintain compliance, and process disputes, and shall remain subject to confidentiality and data-protection requirements at all times.
