Advanced Consultation Sessions are designed for clients who need more personalized, hands-on, or time-sensitive guidance beyond an initial consultation. These sessions provide additional support, strategy planning, and professional direction for more complex credit, debt, mortgage, or financial situations. Sessions may be helpful for: • Mortgage closing deadline concerns • Dispute remark removal guidance • Creditor or collector communication preparation • Assisted closed-debt negotiation guidance • Collection and charge-off negotiation strategy discussions • Three-way creditor support calls • Lawsuit response preparation and next-step planning • Rapid mortgage approval positioning • Utilization and payment strategy planning • Complex credit reporting concerns • Personalized account reviews and action planning • Recurring one-on-one strategy sessions and ongoing support These sessions are educational and strategy-focused in nature and are intended to help clients better understand their options, organize next steps, and navigate stressful financial situations with greater clarity and confidence. Advanced Credit Strategy Sessions are also available for clients who would like additional one-on-one support, recurring strategy meetings, deeper account reviews, or more hands-on guidance beyond a standard consultation. Quick client updates and normal account communication remain included for active Credit Fix JOE™ clients. However, extended strategy discussions, recurring meetings, negotiation assistance, detailed reviews, or more time-intensive guidance may require scheduling an Advanced Credit Strategy Session. Most sessions are conducted by phone or Zoom. In-store appointments for existing clients are limited and generally reserved for special circumstances, identity theft recovery onboarding, or situations approved directly by our team. Three-way creditor or collector support calls are available by scheduled appointment and subject to availability. Credit Fix JOE™ does not provide legal advice or act as a law firm, debt settlement company, or financial institution. Clients remain fully responsible for all financial decisions, agreements, and negotiated outcomes. Sessions are billed at $100 per hour with a 30-minute minimum. Payment is expected at the time of booking unless otherwise approved. Appointments canceled with less than 8 hours notice may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee.

Mortgage Credit Workshop Policy Thank you for scheduling a Mortgage Credit Workshop with Credit Fix JOE™. These workshops are designed to provide educational guidance for mortgage offices, realtor teams, first-time homebuyer programs, networking groups, and business professionals seeking a better understanding of modern mortgage credit behavior and approval trends. Please ensure adequate presentation time has been reserved for the workshop, including any planned Q&A or discussion time. Most presentations are designed for approximately 45 to 90 minutes depending on the audience and format. For slideshow presentations, the hosting location should provide a functioning TV, projector, or display with HDMI compatibility whenever possible. Access to Wi-Fi, audio, and seating accommodations may also be helpful depending on the size of the event. Workshops may be conducted in-office, at approved off-site locations, or virtually depending on scheduling and availability. These presentations are educational in nature and are intended to provide general information regarding credit reporting, mortgage scoring behavior, lending trends, and financial positioning. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to rescheduling limitations depending on scheduling availability.
